Requirements
- Technical program management experience in a fast-moving engineering environment, ideally at a startup
- A track record of bringing structure to ambiguous, cross-team work without slowing it down
- Comfort learning a new technical domain quickly and deeply enough to challenge engineering judgment and assess feasibility, not just track progress
- Experience building systems for tracking work, surfacing dependencies, and holding owners accountable to deadlines
- Strong communication skills; able to translate between technical teams and business/vendor stakeholders
- Comfort engaging directly with external vendors and holding them to their commitments
- (Bonus) Experience with network or telco infrastructure: traffic routing, cloud connectivity, configuration, or subscriber provisioning
- (Bonus) Experience at a company building or operating physical/network infrastructure rather than pure software
