Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of consulting experience managing Industrial Hygiene and hazardous materials projects.
- Professional certification such as CIH, CSP, or other relevant credentials is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, indoor air quality, and traditional Industrial Hygiene practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, proposals, subcontractors, and technical deliverables.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while balancing changing priorities and client expectations.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior staff within a collaborative consulting environment.
