Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product / corporate strategy, or venture capital; with at least 3-4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech
- Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar)
- Strong product intuition - you can evaluate ideas critically and frame clear go/no-go recommendations
- Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products - not necessarily building them
- A clear point of view on where fintech is going
- Excellent problem structuring and communication skills
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
