Requirements
- 5–7 years of audit experience with a strong foundation in audit methodology.
- Deep familiarity with audit procedures, workpaper documentation, and applicable standards.
- Comfortable both executing audit work hands-on and stepping back to evaluate and improve the systems behind it.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfort working with technology, AI tools, and iterative workflows.
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
- Active CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Prior experience using AI tools to improve audit or analytical work.
