Requirements
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, product, and/or data science roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g. ML, DevOps, Frontend/Backend development).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once.
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.

- Role is in office in San Francisco 3 days a week
