Requirements
- 4+ years in people operations, ideally in a high growth software company under 500 people
- Direct, hands on experience running people operations for a multi country workforce. UK and US required. Canada, EU, or APAC a strong plus
- Benefits administration experience, including running a PEO or HRIS platform as the system of record. Justworks is a strong plus
- Fluency with spreadsheets and HR data
- Working fluency with AI tools in day to day operational work, with specific examples of what you automated or made faster
- Follow through. Things you own do not fall through, and you close the loop without being asked
- Excellent judgment with confidential information
- Clear, direct written communication
