Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a consumer-facing tech environment
- A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across end-to-end product work — from problem framing and flows to polished UI and shipped outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping
- Experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web
- Demonstrated ability to use research and data to drive and explain design decisions
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-powered features — such as personalization, recommendations, conversational UI, or adaptive interfaces — or an eagerness to grow in this area
