Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a motion designer, ideally in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team
- A strong reel that demonstrates range across product and UI motion, brand work, and edit-driven animation
- Expert in After Effects; comfortable in Figma and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong visual design fundamentals — type, layout, color, composition, timing
- Real point of view on motion — easing, transitions, restraint — and the ability to talk through your decisions
- Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly without losing momentum
- Experience in studio, agency, or fast-moving startup environments
