Requirements
- Proven experience of building a workforce forecasting model, staffing tool, or scheduling dashboard from scratch — not only configured or operated one built by another team or vendor.
- Experience applying AI or machine-learning methods to workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling problems.
- Has owned workforce planning and labour-metrics analysis across multiple sites
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and workforce planning systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background in any shift-based, multi-site industry (e.g., retail, logistics/warehousing, aviation, , hospitality, manufacturing) is valued as much as healthcare experience.
