Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing, brand, or visual design experience, ideally in a growth-stage or fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft, and multichannel marketing design across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from brief and creative concepts through final production.
- Strong understanding of how design supports customer, marketing, and business objectives, with the ability to navigate feedback and changing priorities.
- Fluency in Figma and modern creative tools; experience with Webflow, Framer, motion, lifecycle/email, and AI creative tools is a plus.
- Resourceful, highly collaborative, and comfortable moving quickly and independently in ambiguity.
- Bonus for fintech, marketplace, logistics, or B2B/B2C technology experience.
