Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, global supply management, or procurement within high-tech, rack manufacturing, or advanced hardware industries
- Proven track record of negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts and securing favorable commercial terms with tier-1 suppliers
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to converse effectively with hardware architects and domain engineering leads
- Deep familiarity with supply chain dynamics, risk management, and vendor cost structure analysis
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment requiring end-to-end category ownership
- Mid Career - $175,000 - $400,000 + equity
- Senior Career - $250,000 - $600,000 + equity
